Arnout Visser

Arnout Visser graduated in Arnhem in 1989 and went on to study at the Domus Academy in Milan. He is one of the icons of Dutch design as it emerged in the 1990s. Visser describes himself as a finder of forms and is best known for his passion for glass. He loves discovering new shapes based on the laws and processes of physics, combined with existing elements. His best-known Dutch products include Salad Sunrise and Fruit on Wheels. Today his glass art is mainly found in galleries, and alongside this he teaches workshops both at home and abroad.
