Shipping policy

2.1 Delivery takes place while stock lasts.

2.2 Delivery time within 1 to 2 working days. If an item is not in stock, every order is given priority status. In most cases the items are already on back order. This generally means a maximum of 5 working days.

2.3 Delivery will therefore in principle take place within 1 to 7 working days, unless stated otherwise on the website. If the delivery time of up to 7 working days cannot be met, the customer will receive an e-mail from AllesvanAlessi.nl stating the correct delivery time. We will also inform you about the stock status at the supplier/producer, if we are able to establish this. In that case the customer is entitled to dissolve the agreement with AllesvanAlessi.nl, by notifying AllesvanAlessi.nl of this in writing (by fax, letter or e-mail). AllesvanAlessi.nl will agree to a delivery period of no more than 30 days.

2.4 All periods mentioned on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the periods stated.

2.5 If the customer has already made any payments at the time the customer has revoked the agreement with AllesvanAlessi.nl pursuant to article 2.5 of these general terms and conditions, AllesvanAlessi.nl will refund these payments to the customer within fourteen (14) working days after AllesvanAlessi.nl has received the item returned by the customer. In practice this is done within just a few days.

2.6 AllesvanAlessi.nl reserves the right to refuse returned items or to credit only part of the amount already paid, where there is reason to believe that the item has already been opened, used or damaged through the fault of the customer (other than that of AllesvanAlessi.nl or the supplier of the item).

2.7 If an item is returned which in the opinion of AllesvanAlessi.nl has sustained damage attributable to an act or omission of the customer, or which is otherwise at the customer's risk, AllesvanAlessi.nl will notify the customer of this in writing (by fax, letter or e-mail). AllesvanAlessi.nl has the right to withhold the reduction in value of the item resulting from this damage from the amount to be refunded to the customer.

2.8 The shipping costs stated apply to consignments within the carrier's standard dimensions and standard weight. For items outside these limits, the carrier's transport rate applies, subject to price changes. AllesvanAlessi.nl will inform the customer of this in advance and will only dispatch after the customer has agreed.
