AllesvanAlessi.nl guarantees that the items delivered conform to the agreement and meet the specifications stated in the offer, and thereby stands behind the manufacturer's warranty on the item supplied to you.

The warranty period offered by AllesvanAlessi.nl corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty period. This warranty does not apply where the defect is due to 1. neglected care, or 2. deliberate damage, or 3. carelessness.

Any claim under the warranty lapses if repair or other work has been carried out on the item by service/repair providers other than those designated by the manufacturer.
