Design Team Lou Hansell
The Lou Hansell design team developed the concept for a collection of coat hangers created specifically for couture and refined fashion. An optimal fit, durable materials and superior craftsmanship came together to produce the “Rolls Royce” of coat hangers in 2021. Each design consists of at least 20 spare parts and is detailed down to the finest nuance – right down to the sound of the rotating four-point click system in the upper hook. During the 12 to 15-hour production process, these luxury hangers are tested against 220 criteria and pass through 25 quality inspections. Every hanger is given its own serial number.

FAQ
Items in stock are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a track & trace as soon as your parcel is on its way. Should an item just happen to be out of stock, we'll let you know when the new delivery arrives. We receive fresh shipments from Italy every week, so the wait is normally max 8 days. We always keep a close eye on availability and expected delivery times.
We offer free delivery within the Netherlands on orders over €65. Below this amount, a fixed contribution applies, which you'll see at checkout. For orders shipped abroad, separate rates apply; these are calculated at checkout once you enter your address. If an item differs from standard dimensions or weight, the delivery charge may be higher. We never apply this without checking first: we'll always contact you beforehand and only ship once you've given your approval.
Of course. Please do so as soon as possible. Feel free to call or email us. The item must of course be returned unused and in its original packaging. We do not offer approval shipments with free returns. We trust you'll understand.
Yes. We supply only genuine Alessi products, sourced directly through official channels. We have been a dedicated Alessi dealer since 1990. Every item arrives in its original Alessi packaging and carries the Alessi brand engraving.
Yes, we'd be happy to. Just let us know when placing your order and we'll gift wrap the item for you. .. Please note: if items may be wrapped together, such as baubles, do let us know as well. During busy periods this makes a considerable difference to processing times.
