How to do: Add the desired amount of ice in the larger glass, tin (1) and pour the
cocktail ingredients into the smaller one, half-tin (2) in the order according to the
recipe. Fit the smaller glass into the larger one, hold the shaker between the index and
middle fingers (3). Shake with upward diagonal movements, interrupting them with a
brief pause. End by making a half circle with the shaker to facilitate the incorporation
of the contents. Open, using the knob, holding the glasses in such a position that
the contents remain in the larger one. Place the strainer over the glass to prevent the
passage of ice or other residue and pour the cocktail.

Giulio Iacchetti
Giulio Iacchetti (born 1966) has been working in industrial design since 1992. He has won the Compasso d'Oro twice: in 2001 for the Moscardino disposable fork/spoon for Pandora Design, and in 2011 for the Pi-lol pen for Ecopostali. He works for numerous companies, including Alessi, Elica, Fontana Arte, Foscarini, Magis, Pandora Design and Rexite. Together with Matteo Ragni he took part in 2001: A Design Odyssey, a social responsibility project that in 2007 led to the Moscardino being made from Mater-Bi.

If an item differs from standard dimensions or weight, the delivery charge may be higher. We never apply this without checking first: we'll always contact you beforehand and only ship once you've given your approval.
Of course. Please do so as soon as possible. Feel free to call or email us. The item must of course be returned unused and in its original packaging. We do not offer approval shipments with free returns. We trust you'll understand.
Yes. We supply only genuine Alessi products, sourced directly through official channels. We have been a dedicated Alessi dealer since 1990. Every item arrives in its original Alessi packaging and carries the Alessi brand engraving.
Yes, we'd be happy to. Just let us know when placing your order and we'll gift wrap the item for you. .. Please note: if items may be wrapped together, such as baubles, do let us know as well. During busy periods this makes a considerable difference to processing times.
