Konstantin Grcic
Konstantin Grcic (1965) is a German industrial designer of Serbian descent. He was strongly influenced by Jasper Morrison, whom he first encountered as a tutor and later as an employer. Afterwards, he started his own desk in Munich.
Under the influence of Morrison, Grcic approaches design in a functionalist manner. He himself describes his designs as the product of a clear and logical design process with honest use of materials and respect for production methods. In this way he developed his own visual language and became a driving force of technical and formal innovation within the international design world.
