Product information
Designer
Plus D
Japanese design supplier. The company aims to let the designer's feelings be a defining element of the product as well. This stands in contrast to more functionally driven design, where less is more and form follows function. The poetic aspect is perhaps typically Japanese. The ritual that the object creates for the user is what sets the standard. The company also seeks to reduce the anonymity of the Japanese designer as much as possible, since tradition has long placed greater value on craftsmanship than on the designer. Where there is collaboration with other companies such as Hamano and SAG Balloons, no names are mentioned.

FAQ
Items in stock are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a track & trace as soon as your parcel is on its way. Should an item just happen to be out of stock, we'll let you know when the new delivery arrives. We receive fresh shipments from Italy every week, so the wait is normally max 8 days. We always keep a close eye on availability and expected delivery times.
We offer free delivery within the Netherlands on orders over €65. Below this amount, a fixed contribution applies, which you'll see at checkout. For orders shipped abroad, separate rates apply; these are calculated at checkout once you enter your address. If an item differs from standard dimensions or weight, the delivery charge may be higher. We never apply this without checking first: we'll always contact you beforehand and only ship once you've given your approval.
Of course. Please do so as soon as possible. Feel free to call or email us. The item must of course be returned unused and in its original packaging. We do not offer approval shipments with free returns. We trust you'll understand.

Yes, we'd be happy to. Just let us know when placing your order and we'll gift wrap the item for you. .. Please note: if items may be wrapped together, such as baubles, do let us know as well. During busy periods this makes a considerable difference to processing times.
